Traffic
I was a big fan of Traffic since I was a teenager and first heard ‘Dear Mister Fantasy’ on WHFS radio in Bethesda, MD. I had all their albums, and I first got to see them while I was in college in Rochester, NY - we drove West about 60 miles to Buffalo to see them at Kleinhans Music Hall, on the ‘Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys’ tour.
The only other time I saw them perform was the one pictured; I had seats behind the stage at Winterland in San Francisco…
I might add that I did see Steve Winwood when he was with Blind Faith, at Baltimore Civic Center in 1969. The band came on late because they were backstage watching the astronauts take their first steps on the moon. Nobody else who was there saw it!
