Steve Hillage

In the early 70’s, I was very much into British and European psychedelic rock, and one of the best bands was called Gong - they had a ‘Pothead Pixies’ trilogy of albums along with others. Steve Hillage was their lead guitarist and he’s been making records and producing for others ever since. 

I took this photo when he was touring on ‘Fish Rising’ and ‘L’, and he supported ELO at the Cow Palace.
